CDP’s home is at 5505 Valley Belt Rd, Independence, OH (suite B is the main door to enter). Some maps will tell you the address is in Brooklyn Heights - this is still the correct spot! We currently do not have signage out at the street but there is a giant “For Lease” sign by the road, and you’ll see a sign for the Teamsters and other building tenants.

Our beautiful 4600 sq ft home consists of two studios:
- Studio 1 is 1798 sq ft (58’ x 31’), fully temperature controlled, 12’ ceilings
- Studio 2 is a 1050 sq ft black box studio (30 ‘x 35’), 18’ ceilings. Has heat, fans, and garage door (but no A/C)
Both studios are sprung floor marley. No street shoes will be allowed on these floors.

Plus a dancer lounge, staff lounge, fitness area, and wellness/treatment space.
